RETURNS POLICY

A Considered Approach
Every piece is designed with intention, and we stand behind the quality of every garment we produce. If something is not quite right, we offer a straightforward and transparent returns process.
Returns Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To help us process your return smoothly, items should be unworn and unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. You may of course try items on as you would in a store; if an item is returned with signs of use beyond this, we may reduce your refund to reflect its diminished value.
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 14 working days for processing. Processing times can be longer during holiday periods. Unregistered items in your return cannot be processed, so please follow the return instructions provided.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us at info@waleadeyemi.com with your order number to request a return.
2. Our team will confirm your return and provide instructions.
3. Securely package your item with all original tags and packaging included.
4. Send your return to the address below and retain your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Where you cancel your order under your statutory 14-day right, we will issue your refund no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back (or after you provide proof of postage, if earlier). For other returns under this voluntary policy, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after your return is approved; the full process may take up to 30 days during busy periods or for international returns.
Original shipping charges are refunded where you cancel your full order within 14 days of delivery (standard delivery cost only), and always where an item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer direct size exchanges on the same product. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Exchange items are dispatched once your return has been received and passed our quality check. You are responsible for the cost of sending the original item back to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@waleadeyemi.com as soon as possible and we will put it right — including covering the cost of return postage.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and to a repair or replacement after that. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties, taxes or customs fees associated with returning an item. Original import duties and taxes are non-refundable for orders shipped outside the UK and EU. Customs processing times vary by destination.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Items that are customised, personalised or produced to your specification are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty. For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once their packaging has been unsealed.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy sets out our voluntary returns process and operates alongside your legal rights as a UK consumer, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights in relation to faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
