Originally developed in the early 2000s, the Graf series explored bold graphic placement against structured denim.

Reintroduced as part of the 30-year archive release, this piece reflects a defining moment in the brand’s evolution—where street culture, design experimentation and identity intersect.

Delivery, Handled with Care

Every order is prepared and dispatched
with the same attention to detail as the garments themselves. From checkout to delivery, we aim to provide a service that is clear, reliable and considered.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. During peak periods
or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

We ship worldwide using trusted international courier services.

EU & US orders are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis - all applicable import duties and taxes are covered in advance, so no additional charges are due on delivery.

Orders Outside the UK, EU & US

For other international destinations,
orders may be subject to customs inspections and local import charges,

always provide the correct customs documentation, any import fees applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance times vary by country and may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Delays & External Factors

While we aim to meet all estimated
delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these
situations.

Shipping Address

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to amend or redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, it may be returned to us by the courier, and any additional charges required for redelivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Royal Mail may automatically enable Safe Place delivery options for eligible shipments. To opt out or manage your
delivery preferences, use the Royal Mail app.

A Considered Approach

Every piece is designed with intention, and we stand behind the quality of every garment we produce. If something is not quite right, we offer a straightforward and transparent returns process.

Returns Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To help us process your return smoothly, items should be unworn and unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. You may of course try items on as you would in a store; if an item is returned with signs of use beyond this, we may reduce your refund to reflect its diminished value.

Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 14 working days for processing. Processing times can be longer during holiday periods. Unregistered items in your return cannot be processed, so please follow the return instructions provided.

How to Request a Return

1.        Contact us at info@waleadeyemi.com with your order number to request a return.

2.        Our team will confirm your return and provide instructions.

3.        Securely package your item with all original tags and packaging included.

4.        Send your return to the address below and retain your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Where you cancel your order under your statutory 14-day right, we will issue your refund no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back (or after you provide proof of postage, if earlier). For other returns under this voluntary policy, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after your return is approved; the full process may take up to 30 days during busy periods or for international returns.

Original shipping charges are refunded where you cancel your full order within 14 days of delivery (standard delivery cost only), and always where an item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer direct size exchanges on the same product. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Exchange items are dispatched once your return has been received and passed our quality check. You are responsible for the cost of sending the original item back to us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@waleadeyemi.com as soon as possible and we will put it right — including covering the cost of return postage.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and to a repair or replacement after that. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties, taxes or customs fees associated with returning an item. Original import duties and taxes are non-refundable for orders shipped outside the UK and EU. Customs processing times vary by destination.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Items that are customised, personalised or produced to your specification are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty. For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once their packaging has been unsealed.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy sets out our voluntary returns process and operates alongside your legal rights as a UK consumer, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights in relation to faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
