Processing Times

During peak periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We offer Express shipping options within the UK.

International Delivery

Import Charges

IMPORT DUTY EU & US

For orders shipped to the EU and the US, we send them with duty paid (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there are no extra charges for import duties or VAT upon delivery.

For orders shipped outside the UK, EU, and US, this may trigger a customs inspection, depending on the destination country’s regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order. However, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authorities.

NON EU & US IMPORT DUTY

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, ensuring the price you see is the final price you pay—no unexpected charges on delivery.
