Import Charges
IMPORT DUTY EU & US
For orders shipped to the EU and the US, we send them with duty paid (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there are no extra charges for import duties or VAT upon delivery.
For orders shipped outside the UK, EU, and US, this may trigger a customs inspection, depending on the destination country’s regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order. However, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authorities.
NON EU & US IMPORT DUTY
Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery.

‘My name's Wale Adeyemi, a British Nigerian fashion designer, whether you have been with me from the jump, or are just tuning in I'm inviting you to join me on this journey.
“Somewhere between the kerb & the boutique”is how I describe my style, a phrase that has stuck with me since 1998. This references my love for the emerging street style, sounds and passion for more elevated visual presentation.
I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some incredible artists, brands and publications; Ms Dynamite, Outkast, Craig David and Jorja Smith to name a few. Brands that have facilitated me bringing through my own style; Nokia, New Era, L’Oreal, Adidas, the list could go on. Vogue, The Face, ID and The Financial Times amongst others have also supported my work.
Throughout my career, I have been at the vanguard of cultural trends, remaining curious to unearth new ideas, and exploring the synergy between music, fashion and lifestyle. This was recognised with my award of an MBE, in 2008, for my services to fashion.
I could talk about my past extensively, but as I take a moment to pause and reflect in this ever-changing world, I need to acknowledge the role of the communities that have and continue to support me throughout this journey.

Can I Return My Order?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@waleadeyemi.com with your order number to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once received and approved, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
